Q1. I am expecting my subscribed print copy of Geography and You but it hasn't arrived? 

We understand that you are expecting your print copy to arrive but unfortunately Covid-19 has significantly disrupted our distribution network. All print subscribers have been granted e-copy access until the situation returns to normal. A mail with your login credentials have been sent to the subscription email address. Kindly check your inbox for the same. In case you have not received it, write to us at editor@geographyandyou.com.

 

Q2. How do I access my online E-copy of Geography and You?

Please follow the steps listed below for you to open and read the issues at www.geographyandyou.com

  • A Login to your G'nY account using the credentials sent to you.
  • Go to the "My Account" section.
  • Here you will find your copy stored (Every new issue will be loaded by default for our subscribers).
  • Click on the "Read Magazine" button.
  • The flip book format will load and open.

Q3. Can I submit my manuscript if it contains part of my PhD or academic thesis?

Yes, manuscripts which derive from PhD or academic thesis are considered for publication at Geography and You. The manuscript will be subjected to the Geography and You peer review policy and published if found to be suitable.

 

Q4. What will happen after my article has been accepted for publication?

Once your article has been peer reviewed and accepted for publication, it will undergo typesetting and data processing. The author will be kept updated till the article's publication in the journal.

 

Q5. How does the author keep track of the manuscripts status?

The author will be kept updated about the status of the submitted manuscript by the editorial team and Geography and You. A follow up can be enabled by calling the GnY offices or writing to editor@geographyandyou.com. When the article is accepted for publication the author is designated an editorial team member who will remain in touch.
