Geography And You:
Geography and You, a fortnightly journal is published by LIGHTS. It is multidisciplinary in nature and takes up important thematic issues every edition. Eminent authorities and scholars contribute to peer reviewed issues, one of its kind in the country. Its Editorial Board Members span a vast range of geographical and intellectual arena.

Bhugol Aur Aap:
A Hindi version of Geography and You, this is a monthly magazine with a scope that extends beyond mere translation. It has its own identity and original stories that it presents in the most lucid and correct vernacular. By far BhugolaurAap carries with it the tag of being one of the most definitive literature available in Hindi.

A think-tank committed to addressing one of the most challenging issues facing the global community–The Science and Geopolitics of Himalayas-Arctic-Antarctic (SaGHAA). It is the first of its kind in India to focus exclusively on the holistic underpinnings of the Arctic-Antarctic-Himalayan discourse. It is the brainchild of LIGHTS Research Foundation and its supporters range from Indian and Norwegian government officials, as well as major private sector executives, members of the media and academics who belonged to the highest level of decision and policy formulation strata in India. SaGHAA think-tank is an authority on the geopolitics of changing Polar Regions of the world and frequently advises various agencies on polar research. Recently, LIGHTS helped a government agency in formulating a high level dialogue on the dynamic Arctic region and India engagement.

Parliamentary and Administrative Research Institute (PARI) was established with a view to undertake meaningful research on parliamentary, administrative and policy issues in India and provide capacity building courses which enable the stakeholders to deal with policy formulation and implementation efficiently. The capacity building courses which include Public Policy Management, Public Health Policy Administration and Leadership Programme In Mental Health Systems are tailor-made for officers of the Central Government, State Government, Autonomous bodies and centrally aided institutions. The Course at the PARI is headed by Sh. S. Bal Shekar, Former Secretary General, Lok Sabha. He is also the current president of LIGHTS.
