Migrants and borders: My wishlist in a post-Covid-19 world

The states seemingly behaved as independent entities during the lockdown, sealing borders and stopping migrants—the fundamental right of the workers to move and reside in any part of the country superseded by the emergency powers vested by the Epidemic Diseases Act of 1897.
